Of catering parents, Cédric Botté has always lived in the gourmet world of cooking. After training with renowned establishments, he decided to open his own restaurant in 2003 to propose cuisine very close to his mentors, the great starred chefs Alain Ducasse and Bernard Loiseau. Authentic and generous cuisine made from local produce carefully selected for their quality.
Master restaurateur, he reinvents his menu every week to surprise you with his inspiration and the seasons. Fish (monkfish, bass, zander, turbot, lobster ...) are particularly well represented. His beautiful "freshness" dishes are homemade and offer a delicate flight of flavors to be enjoyed in the elegant setting of the restaurant or on the terrace overlooking the garden, in fine weather.
